Three phases, always in the same order. Ten minutes from start to finish, and the last one is the one people skip.
1. Settle — 2 minutes at the gentlest mode
2. Press — 6 to 8 minutes, breathing out longer than in
3. Cool — 2 to 3 minutes with the chilled gel pads
